Finding Your Codes
Each GeoPal has a unique code on the bottom of Pedometer. Simple Pull
the Pedometer out of its casing and look for the code. This code is
needed to register your GeoPal.
Missing Code
If there is no code on the bottom of the pedometer please check the
packaging and the pedometer casing to make sure it didn't fall off. If
you still can find your code please send an email to missingcodes@geopalz.com and please include
your phone number so we may call you back for prompt response.
Lost Your GeoPal
Bummer! Please send an email to lostgeopal@geopalz.com and we will
see what we can do. Optimally we will issue you a 'sympathy code' to
be used for a purchase of a new GeoPal at a discount.
Defective Pedometer
First make sure your batteries are working. The battery is an AT10
and can be picked up at most pharmacies, grocery and hardware stores.
Alternately you can buy the batteries from our website by clicking
here. If your Pedometer doesn.t appear to be working after that or is
broken or defective please send an email to defective@geopalz.com and
include your user name and password so we can see the style of GeoPalz
you purchased. We will send you a new pedometer. This will only
include the actual pedometer, not a brand new GeoPal. Instructions for
replacing your pedometer are as follows.
Replacing your pedometer (Parents only)
- Unloop or use scissors simply cut away the string that attaches the
pedometer to your GeoPal Casing.
- Thread the looped string through the back of the GeoPalz Casing and
pull all the way through.
- Insert the GeoPalz through the Loop and Pull tight.
Replacing your batteries
Use an AT10 battery. Unscrew the back of the pedometer using a
Phillips head screwdriver. Pop out the old battery and replace with
the new one. Replace the back of the pedometer and screw back in being
careful not to over tighten which could strip the screws of their
thread.
Merging Accounts
If you accidentally registered 2 different GeoPalz under 2 different
accounts please send us an email at
mergemyaccounts@geopalz.com
and include your user name and passwords for each account. If you also
still have the codes for each GeoPal please include this as well.
